Who we are
LifeOS is a personal operating system built by Hamza. This website is lifeosapp.in. You can reach us at hamza@lifeosapp.in.
What we collect
We collect two categories of information:
When you join the waitlist
- Email address — required to send you an invitation when your spot opens.
- Name — optional. Used only to address you personally.
- How you found us — the page you came from (referrer) and any campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). This helps us understand which channels are effective. It is never used for advertising.
When you browse the website
- Basic analytics — through Google Analytics 4, we collect page views, approximate location (country and city level), device type, and how visitors navigate the site. IP addresses are anonymised. Advertising features are disabled. We do not use this data for remarketing.
What we do not collect
We do not collect financial data, health data, location beyond city level, or any other sensitive personal information through this website. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How we store your information
Waitlist submissions are stored in Supabase, a secure PostgreSQL database. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and stores data in the EU (Frankfurt region by default). We retain your waitlist entry until you ask us to delete it, or until the private alpha has concluded and we no longer need it.
Analytics data is processed and stored by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your waitlist data is legitimate interest — specifically, managing the waitlist for a product you have voluntarily expressed interest in. You may withdraw at any time by emailing us.
For analytics, our basis is legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, with IP anonymisation applied.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing

Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. These are analytics cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or session recording tools. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
Children
LifeOS is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will email you if we have your address.
