By using the LifeOS website (lifeosapp.in) or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About the private alpha

LifeOS is in active development. The private alpha is a limited early-access programme available by invitation only.

• Joining the waitlist is not a guarantee of access to the private alpha.
• Invitations are sent at our discretion, in small batches, as the product becomes ready.
• The product may change significantly before and during the alpha. Features may be added, removed, or altered without notice.
• We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or feature availability during the alpha period.

Using the website

When you use the LifeOS website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when joining the waitlist.
• Not use the website for spam, abuse, scraping, or any illegal purpose.
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the website or its infrastructure.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the name LifeOS, the logo, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to LifeOS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without written permission.

No warranty

The website and waitlist are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LifeOS and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top and notify you by email if we have your address. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
